Off Season Golf Performance Program includes:

  • Weekly updated golf specific mobility, power, and strength training provided through a custom digital app

    Your weekly training is built around your specific assessment results and golf performance goals (i.e. I want less stiffness in my midback, I want to hit 25 yards more distance)

  • In-person gym walkthrough for local golfers.

    Digital gym tour for remote athletes so your program fits your space and equipment

    Dr. Ethan will tailor your training program to the equipment you have available, demonstrate how to use your equipment, and answer any questions you have about your gym space

  • Mid-program and end-of-program reassessments using the Titleist Performance Institute movement screen to adjust as necessary and determine progress made
