Recovery Club
This is a 30 minute 1:1 session designed for quick recovery, minor flare ups, and maintenance care. The session will focus on what your body needs to move better, feel better, and keep performing which can include adjustment, dry needling, or soft tissue work. If you’re not in the middle of an injury but just want some support to feel your best and take care of your body, let’s do it!
Pain to Performance Program
This is a complete rehab plan which will address the root cause of your pain and help you overcome your injury so you can get you back to your favorite fitness activity long term. The Pain to Performance Program follows a Hybrid health care model. This means you’ll get 1:1 hands on treatment sessions and home exercise programming provided digitally throughout the week. You’ll get video demonstrations and instructions for prescribed exercises, direct messaging access to Dr. Ethan between appointments, a recovery grading system so you know exactly where you’re at, and access to Dr. Ethan’s educational resource library. This is where transformation happens.

Do I have to be an athlete to work with you?
No! Dr. Ethan works with active adults and teens who have intrinsic motivation and a desire to improve their health. If there’s something you love doing and you have pain or injury that’s holding you back, you are in the right place.
Do you take insurance?
Excel Sports Performance Therapy is a cash based model. That means you get more time with Dr. Ethan and your rehab plan is completely unrestricted.
Will I need to come to appointments forever?
No. Dr. Ethan focuses on helping you reach your goals efficiently and equipping you with the tools you need to stay strong and healthy long term. The goal is not to keep you coming forever but to give you a clear personalized plan with an end date.
Can you help if I’ve already seen a PT or chiro and didn’t get results?
Yes- Dr. Ethan specializes in complex or recurring issues that haven’t been fully resolved. His approach goes deeper than quick fixes.
Do you work with people who are not in pain?
Absolutely. Many clients participate in the Recovery Club to prevent injury during sport seasons or training cycles.
How is this different from traditional chiropractic care?
Dr. Ethan combines hands on treatment with performance based rehab. During the Pain to Performance Program, you’ll get 60 minute 1:1 sessions with Dr. Ethan and digital support between sessions with customized home exercise programming, direct messaging access to Dr. Ethan, a recovery grading system so you know exactly where you’re at, and an educational library.
About Dr. Ethan
Sports and movement have shaped my life from the start. Growing up, I was deep into baseball, basketball, and football. By 15, I was all-in on football- training year round and eventually stepping into the world of MMA. That experience opened my eyes to a whole new level of discipline, training, and performance.
I went on to earn my degree in Exercise Science at Western Kentucky University, where I interned with the football team’s athletic training staff and continued my passion for strength training and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. That path led me to Logan University, where I became a Doctor of Chiropractic, completed my Master’s in Sports Science and Rehabilitation, and represented the Rehab 2 Performance Club, an organization focused on evidence informed rehab strategies.
Since then, I’ve spent 6 years sharpening my clinical skills in one of the top sports rehab clinics in the region. Along the way, I’ve pursued advanced training in areas like movement assessment, rehab programming, and performance care for athletes.
Now, I’m bringing all of that experience back to my own clinic. I’m here to provide a higher standard of conservative care- one that blends rehab, strength, performance, and hands-on treatment in a way that actually makes a difference.
My passion is helping people become stronger, healthier, and more capable- whether that’s getting out of pain, training for your sport, or living life at a higher level.
