Recovery Club

This is a 30 minute 1:1 session designed for quick recovery, minor flare ups, and maintenance care. The session will focus on what your body needs to move better, feel better, and keep performing which can include adjustment, dry needling, or soft tissue work. If you’re not in the middle of an injury but just want some support to feel your best and take care of your body, let’s do it!

Pain to Performance Program

This is a complete rehab plan which will address the root cause of your pain and help you overcome your injury so you can get you back to your favorite fitness activity long term. The Pain to Performance Program follows a Hybrid health care model. This means you’ll get 1:1 hands on treatment sessions and home exercise programming provided digitally throughout the week. You’ll get video demonstrations and instructions for prescribed exercises, direct messaging access to Dr. Ethan between appointments, a recovery grading system so you know exactly where you’re at, and access to Dr. Ethan’s educational resource library. This is where transformation happens.
